At the bottom of the website page, click on Returns. This will allow you to view any specifics regarding a particular product you are looking to return or exchange. Apparel can be returned up to 15 days for in-store credit or exchange. Gear can be returned/exchanged up to 30 days for in-store credit, refund, or replacement. Bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value) if there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume. Coffee at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
It typically takes up to 72 hours for all coffee orders to be roasted, ground, packaged and shipped out to you, however we do get them out sooner most of the time.
*Please keep in mind that we are a small batch, roast to order coffee company. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process the following day. Day 1 after you place your order we will roast your coffee, day 2 we then package it up and prepare it for shipment, and on the third business day we ship your order out to you.
Once your order has shipped out, that will begin the delivery window that you had selected with your shipping options.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
